Ant,insect
1.Well-Organized : Ants live in large colonies(groups) and in each colony there will be three kind of ants-queens (reproductive emales), males, and workers (nonreproductive females) . Life in an ant colony is very organized. Each member has a job to do, from laying eggs, building nest to gathering food.

2.Unconditional Sharing : Ants share everything there collect. They never eat alone.

3.Well-Disciplined : Ants always march one after the other without  chaos, confusion or disorder.

4.Co-operation and Co-ordination:

Ants achieve success because of their unselfish nature and teamwork.From 100 million years ago, ants are still in existence only because of this great quality. They live and work unitedly with co-operation for the benefit of their colony and also co-ordinates their action with greater accuracy.Things to Ponder - Ants colony management is running successfully without a leader to lead.

5. Decision-Maker :

True Inspirer - A Hero

First,I would like to thank Franklin Templeton Investments and IndiBlogger for giving me a chance to share my views on this big issue.

Profressor Suprio Dos have developed a Dispenser for Safe Drinking Water named "Zimba" which works without electricity. His idea  really stood out to me for being unique in its approach of providing safe drinking water in rural areas where poor water quality has been eating the lives of many people because of fatal illnesses such as Cholera, typhoid and Hepatitis A.

Contamination of water is a major raising problem in many countries. The Safe water drinking innovation like "Zimba" is really a need of the hour to our Country(India) to enter the path of healthier world.

I m GREATLY inspired about his thought of helping weaker sections.

Lesson learnt:

"Life is not developing and improving ourselves.Life is sharing what we have with others."

Profressor Suprio Dos could have devoted his time and skills to multiply his wealth and knowledge. But generously,he devoted his time for a social cause.

Inventions and Innovations are not possible on my side like Professor. But I m not going to be weak and silent.

Remembering the Proverb,

"Little Drops of water make the Mighty Ocean",I m going to make my
small contribution for this big cause by sharing his indeed amazing invention here. For more details about his Invention, click the below image.

Facebook's New Graph Search

Today(July 8th) Facebook rolls out its new Graph Search tool to all American users. This new feature allows users to conduct advanced searches with metadata stored on Facebook — an example might be "Friends who like Harry Potter," or "Photos before 1990" or "Restaurants in Tokyo liked by my friends."

In short,Graph search tool allows you to search for people, photos, places and things your friends "like."

 Facebook says in blog post,

"Over the past few months, tens of millions of people have helped improve the product just by using it and giving feedback."

The improvements range from the speed of search to accuracy. Now when you begin typing in a search it will begin suggesting more relevant potential searches. Additionally, the company says it can better understand what people are searching for and will display the most relevant results first.

It is also working on making posts or status updates and comments searchable.

At first, Graph Search will come to people in the US and others who use the Facebook website in American English. The rollout will reportedly take a few weeks to reach all of those, and there is no information about when the feature might come to other countries and languages. The mobile version is also still in the works. So the Graph Search only works on the full Facebook website at present.
